Holder Vibration & Spindle Wear

The Failure Mode: Imperfect step geometry causes micro-vibrations in the Ceramill holder during high-torque roughing strategies. This leads to premature bur failure and visible 'chatter marks' on the bridge surface.

The ValidTi Protocol: Our discs undergo 100% optical sorting for step concentricity. By ensuring a locking fit within the 10mm step interface, we transfer torque efficiently, protecting the spindle bearings from harmonic oscillation.
